Tbf I had such a high base to start from. First two weeks saw a crazy drop now it's going slow and steady.

For me, I have cut out all sweet goings, cakes biscuits etc. No more bacon rolls or fry ups or jambons. Doubled up on veg, cut back on meat and spuds. Drinking 2 ltr of water every day and a bit of exercise.

easier to lose it when you're bigger

Calorie deficit circa 1600 per day

Gym 3x a week. I use caliber which comes up with plans etc

Also I'm sick of being fat

I lost 3 stone in a year and have another 3 to go.

The first week I lost 7 lb but the last few months I've hit a wall and losing maybe 1lb a month despite doing my 10k a day and 1800 to 2000 cals a day

I'd say daily progress pics to me are a must. But in all seriousness might be time to change the gym routine or increase the deficit
