Has it been successful for you? Did you go down the private route?

The skinny jab would be a safer alternative I think if you are able

A town near you

Mr here, I lost 3 stone in a year.

I bought a smart watch set my target to 10k steps a day, at weekends I was getting 20k a day.

I ate weetabix or porridge at 10am each day, scrambled eggs with soda bread at 2pm and my dinner around 7pm followed by a protein shake for dessert, I estimated my diet to be 1800 calories a day.

Week 1 I lost 7lb (prior to this I was eating jambons, breakfast rolls etc during the day, after evening dinner I would eat kids leftovers and prob eat half a packet of biscuits with a cup of coffee)

I had it done for medical reasons and I've lost 25kg and I'm still losing but much slower

I got it done 3 years ago in Turkey. 10stone down. Best decision ever made. Cost me 3.5k which includes flights, surgery, aftercare, hotel stay and transfers to and from the hospital. Email info@getsliminturkey.com if you need anymore info.

No complications and the aftercare was outstanding. Went on my own as well.

It's free under the cross border directive if you're on a waiting list, just get an appointment with your GP and referral letter, they are doing it in Dublin now, you can choose to go to Europe, some great places in Latvia. When I say free, you have to pay and apply for a reimbursement

Sligo/Galway depends on the day

Local woman where i live went to Turkey last year to get it done and she passed away from complications when she returned home.
