Outside of sex, what do you guys do for cardio? What tips do you have for others? Do you recommend an exercise?

Galway/Limerick

Outside of walking I find it hard to do any cardio that isnt free. Running is just crap for knees / back etc imho.

For me cross trianer and swimming at gym.

Crosstrainer for me too. Did my back in running and then damaged a knee so I'm a bit cautious these days

I walk, swim or cycle for cardio. Cycling is probably the best I've done because I actually enjoy pedalling hard up hills for some reason

Running, assault bike, skierg are my go to. Assault bike and skierg as part of the weights sets to get more out of the body.

Hate cardio

I'm aiming for 2 spin classes a week, I enjoy the skierg, I normally do a finisher after a weights session with the skierg and pushups/squats

Hate cardio…

But to get it done I’ll lift lower weight for higher fast reps..

I don’t know how people can be on the stair climber yoke for 40 mins or bike for same I’d be insane with boredom.

A good hour of 3 minute rounds of fighting and then another hour of rolling as they would say at 6 minute rounds.

Minutes from Somewhere Else

Love cardio. I start every workout with 10+ minutes on the elliptical. 9 minutes of good intensity, keeping it under 160 bpm, then the last minute pushing intensity to the max and going se hard as I can, full bore, balls to the wall intensity.

Then stretches, weights, shower.

I love it because it cools you down as you speed things up

Running clubs are the new dating thing, even affairs! True story, not mine...a friend.

I couldn't possibly confirm nor deny that fact.......but running clubs have definitely become more "social" since I started 15yrs ago

I do metabolic conditioning.

60 seconds of cardio (row, run, bike) - full throttle. Followed by 50 reps of any weight based exercise. Repeat 10 times moving to different muscle group.

Burn insane amount of calories during workout and for a couple days after !!
