"I've used a Philips OneBlade the past few years. Find it ideal and gives a smooth trim. Can get them usually for €40-45. There are various attachments you can buy for body/nether regions but I just use the standard device & head attachment for trimming. 5 minute pre-shower job every 2/3 weeks does me. Good battery life in it too ![]() In fairness €40 isn't bad for a yoke that gives head

"For the guys, but ladies feel free to contribute. My trusty brio body trimmer gave up on me. Any recommendations on a different brand. Something that can (safely) trim everything. Heard a lot about manscaped being a load of bollox (excuse the pun). Also, I usually just finish off the veg with a mach 3, was always dubious about the veet cream, especially after reading the famous amazon review. (If you havnt read it, it's both horrific and side splittingly funny in equal measure) Any thoughts?? " Standard razor with conditioner instead of gel or foam. I found veet was crap and didn't work for me at all.

"I got one from Lidl as a Christmas gift, I think the was Braun, very good for getting bulk off and battery life is okay, Mach 3 as the other guys was saying to finish the job. What’s this about conditioner? For shaving with the mach 3? Also any tips on shaving your neck with the Mach 3 and not getting a rash / redness? X(I have 2 separate razors for beard and balls)" Use conditioner the save way you would use shaving gel. It's a game changer. I can't remember the last time I had even a nick.

"Mr here. So you guys go totally bald on the balls/mickey/pubes? Do you still have hair left on your legs & belly? I've seen some fabbers' pics where they have a bald nether oasis amid hair elsewhere - can't say I personally think it's a good look. I just keep my bag trimmed to the lowest setting that I use for my face and hairline on my neck, and about 6 or 8mm on the pubes - that leaves me looking & feeling pretty trim, but it's not remarkably shorter than the rest of my body hair surrounding the area. Yep - I'm one of those cursed hairy men... I might leave my jumper on at parties... ![]() I keep mine trimmed along with chest hair. I have very little hair on my legs though so it's not noticeable. The reason I shave every now and again is to prevent chaffing when I'm hiking for miles up and down mountains in all sorts of weather. I used to have to lie out in remote places for hours as part of my SAR training and it could get sweaty and uncomfortable in a bivvy bag and having to hike out again then wasn't pleasant.

Play alot of sport/excercise, just feels better personally and not having a sweat ball build up like last poster mentioned while hiking etc
