Change requested : if you have blocked someone then they shouldn’t be able to comments on your forum posts

Why : because you have blocked them due to their behaviour (for example trolling ). By continuing to comment on your posts , their trolling behaviour is facilitated

The verification photo should be deletable after some time, say 6-12 months. It has served its purpose and is just an extra privacy concern in case of a data breach.

Yes if you google fabswings

If you block someone you have verified it won't show the actual verification but it still counts in their total number of verifications

It would be great to block profiles from viewing your profile for example with no pics, no veris or new in the last 3 mths maybe. I have someone from vanilla life who keeps creating new profiles to just come on and look at my profile then likes to let me know when I see him if I do any new pics or veris etc. It has really stopped me adding to those parts of my profile. Weird behaviour.

If I'm removing my verification there'll be a good reason for it so blocking them makes sense. To me anyway 🤣

I'd like to be able to come online to deal with Fabmin without receiving the extra messages that showing as online often incurs.

I don't think people should be allowed to remove verifications unless they block that profile! People would be way too flippant and/or petty with them otherwise.

This! The site should have little to no access to those without an account and only slightly more for non-paying accounts.

You can send a request to be photo de-verified, as we did. The photo is removed from your profile, but no guarantees that it's removed permanently from the site. No guarantees of it with your suggestion either, unfortunately.

Best thing is not to get photo verified in the first place. The joys of hindsight

.....

Photo verification does not require a face pic. Holding a sheet of paper with the site web address, your username and the date is usually sufficient.

It's no different to posting any other non-identifiable pic on here.

Haha, that was the plan, but a week or two after signing up, the site required verification for continued use.

Exactly! I don’t know why some people put so much weight behind photo veris tbh, they can be easily faked.

Back in my day, it wasn’t a requirement to be photo verified to continue using the site and I’m very glad about that 👵🏼

With all the technology available today the site should run a lot better, especially with the integration of AI.

E.g, most couple's and single females profiles stress no mickey pics yet get bombarded with them, even without AI, as most pics are classed, you should be able to have a tick box of pics you are happy to receive, keep the dick pics unticked and problem solved, it would work just like the age range.

If your after a regular fwb you should be able to pick a kilometer range of those who can message as the site does know distance with the who's near feature.

Also, as there are so many paying customers, a live support chat should be in place, have all the silly questions answered by a bot for simpletons who ask stupid questions.

Also install support people with common sense approach, I have seen people banned from forums for standing up to bullies, someone once used my pics and reported me to fab for using theirs, the profile was a month old and fab demanded I remove the pics, I messaged back and never got a reply.

A suggestion box where can email fab and tell them what changes we want that would improve the site, let them comment with the changes they intend to make and the time frame and have it on a post in the forums for all to see.

I'm finding it hard to understand what AI is meant to do here. If you wanted to train AI to recognize dick pics or any of the kind on here, you'd have to train it with THOUSANDS of pictures to tell the difference between an arm and a dick. Where will you find these pictures? You'd have to ask for consent for them or it's unethical. Hell the resources alone to train the AI would cost a bit. As ancient and outdated this website is, it's still somewhat functional.

Currently you don't need a proper email address to setup an account.

People can have multiple profiles.

Id have to disagree with you, I use it most days for a similar purpose finding things in photos are it's extremely accurate and didn't take long to train

Are you using a third party AI and is it being used in a business? If Fab decided to use an AI for that purpos and it's an open source AI, it's still a breach of privacy. I am totally behind limiting dick pics everywhere but shiny AI isn't the solution for everything.

Thanks for this thread…off cuff but relevant to the verified pic posts I had verified my account with my face pic when I joined as I assumed that was needed. It was on my thread of private photos obviously saying never to be shared by the site.I didn’t realise you could just contact admin and they can remove it for you. No questions.. just a lovely reply saying the request was sorted

Posted too early …..

Update on this … now I’m no longer photo verified 🙃 oh well I’ll either get the make up on this time or it’s full nude from me lol
