Actually better ways are

Exercise

Good sleep

Showers and good hygiene

Avoid smoking and heavy drinking

Good diet and meal times

Will do far more than popping pills. But they normally are vitamin C & D and zinc.

Diet eat

Garlic & ginger, citrus fruits, Brocoli or Brussel sprouts

Spinach and almond nuts.

Avoid being around sick people.

.

A general multi vitamin and vitamin D are good.

If you want to avoid colds I'm going to say wear a mask! Nearly every cold I've gotten has been. After taking a flight without wearing one. And on Public transport there are always people coughing, clearly sick. Remember back during COVID when we suddenly didn't spread colds ?

I wish we could keep mask wearing for normal colds and flu's as well as avoiding them.

I don't mind paying the extra few euro for it. It's local & more or less straight off the honeycomb & into the pot

I take a revive active green sachet daily, the Co-Enzyme Q10 I find good for energy and the l’Arginine for the heart

They are expensive, but when you break it down cost less than 2 euro a day so worth it in my opinion
