I think what the op might be using the wrong words.

I think alot of people here have no manners or respect, they don't set any value on other people's time and although they don't initially set out to waste it, they do just that.

They ghost you, they arrange a meet and don't show up, talk about you to others,there is no option to leave a bad review or change/edit a previously given one and I'd imagine the op just chose the wrong words to express some of the above.
