i travel all over

In the last 5 years I have discovered yoga , peanut butter , and reading books . Now I wonder where they have been all my life as I really enjoy them

What have you discovered later in your vanilla life which you wished you d come across earlier

Sinfully delicious.

Dublin/London

Perhaps an odd one in comparison, but have gotten absolutely hooked on sauna and ice baths in the last 12 months since one opened near me.

Huge surge of endorphins after one. Not quite on a par with a fab meet, but sure you can’t have a fab meet every day 🤷🏻‍♂️

Based in Kerry, work in Cork.

Meditation. The single most transformative thing I've discovered.

Weight training as well.

Stock trading.

Oh, and sobriety

Dunboyne

Making my own beer and craft beers. Saves a fortune and much more enjoyable than the mass manufactured piss. Partially due to Covid and my digestive system deciding Guinness was no longer my regular pint.

Masterbuilt Gravity smoker. Revolutionised my barbecue cooking and can be ready to cook in 10mins but it's charcoal. Game changer

As a result of the above two, I'm hoping the next big discovery is a pill that reduces weight

Saying no. I used to be much more of a people pleaser. These days i trust my gut much more, and if I feel something is the wrong choice then I will stand my ground and simply and politely refuse. Saying no and being able to explain why is a superpower and a key to achieving you real aims and priorities, and steering your life in the way you want it to go.

To power to say No & to say F**K off to people is indeed invigorating,Helen Mirren was absolutely correct , she said she wished she had learned to tell people to F**K off a lot sooner.
