Back years ago fell 7 Mtrs off a ladder

Got away with it nothing broken

I was black and blue for about a month after

Rember the hammer handle was imprinted in my groin for 2 weeks lol

I'm always careful of reaching out at the top of one since

Use them everyday lol

That sounds like an absolute nightmare, I broke my arm years ago and it was hard enough managing with just one.
