Can sent messages be deleted?? I got a notification that I received a message but when I checked there was nothing new. I’m wondering was it a glitch or did the sender change their mind and delete the message??

Far as I know messages can be deleted. But I also found that if the profile is deleted by the other person, it's like the whole conversation was never there....

I also get email notifications 2 days after the message was sent so maybe it's one you already read?

Once you hit send, a message cannot be deleted. The person has maybe left the site, or it could be a message within a message thread
