East / North, Cork

We have a number of old outbuildings with galvanised roofs and dodgy timber underneath so I plan on getting up and panicking throughout the night to check they haven't blown into the field next door. The joys.

Would you not just stay in bed till it's over and then check

It's not as if you can do anything during the storm anyway

I know I can't do anything. Still panicking on the downlow.

If they go ..they go ..the most important thing is a person's safety, sheds can be reroofed or replaced .. people can't , stay safe .👍

If I sleep through it I'll know that they made a mountain out of a molehill. Doesn't take much to wake me in the night.

Stay safe.

Property can be fixed.

Stuff can be replaced.

Life can't be.

Worried about my family in belfast.

Stay safe all.

I'm very tired but a bit too scared to go to sleep 😬 I suppose to sleep through it would be the best thing to do

Can you stop it happening if it does?

Don’t envy the worry, but if it’s going to blow away…may as well have a good sleep

Current windspeed here is 92mph and rising.

Shouldn't be long until the social media twats start posting from their mountain campsite or heading in for a dip.
