If you name search nothing returns - normally means profile hidden. Some profiles get inundated with messages so they hide, respond to things and resurface when they aren't being overwhelmed

If they want to chat to you, I’m sure they’ll mail you. Maybe they’re busy or maybe they just liked your pic and nothing else, maybe it was big thumbs.

You can't delete a thread only admin can so you can contact them and ask them to close it or just hope that interest in it wanes quickly
