For a woman I like both i.e. give or receive, but ideally both.

For a man I'd be happy to receive but it wouldn't really turn me on to give a guy a massage (at least I don't think it would

) But if a guy really wanted a massage from me I'd give him one.

While I enjoy giving a lady a massage I have no formal training. Where would one go to get some training in giving a massage? I don't meant to the level of being a professional masseur, just enough to provide a more enjoyable amateur massage?
