I stay in the Southcourt in Limerick regularly for work. Stairs are easily accessible and the hotel is always busy with people coming and going all the time.

If you don’t mind staying a little further out the castletroy park have apartments across a courtyard. So once you get the keys you don’t have to go near reception to enter or exist.
