It can be lonely at first as you adjust to singledom after such a long time, I've been there!

Theres so much to get used to, so much space for your own thoughts and feelings and decisions. There'll be a big gap but it'll be grand after a while

Maybe try to join an established chat group

I empathise with your situation. We all respond differently.

What I found was that my needs changed quite a bit over the course of a few years.
