Not the North but very close is Carlingford…a few great hikes around there and there is a new Sauna set up right by sea where you have option of jumping in there or plunge pool after the sauna, then head into PJ’s for the Seafood Tacos….a day well spent👌

Meant to get out a lot more this year. Haven't been out nearly enough.

Spent some lovely mornings through Glenariff Park, Ballycarton Wood up to Binevenagh, Springwell Forest, Garvagh Forest, Cladagh Glen up through Marble Arch Caves. Also love the trails up between Portstewart and Giants Causeway.

I have a few spots saved to my Google Maps that I've been meaning to check out.

Did a brilliant hike at Glendalough recently, 14k, cool dry day and very windy on the high point but the view down the valley is just unbelievable. Would highly recommend to anyone, the parks team do a brilliant job keeping the place clear also.

Hiya I live near Gortin Glen's and it's a lovely spot.

My fitness levels aren't where they could be. I'd meet you and maybe take one of the short routes along with maybe a few others who had too much turkey over Xmas.

I would prefer not to be hassled for outdoor play or dogging and hopefully that's not the vibe of the group.

Bit out of the way for me but I do regularly hike in the Mourne mountains. Some lovely walks there to suit all fitness levels
