Christmas day ,and for a few days after, will see a total calorie overload.

How do you plan to deal with the excess intake of carbs.

we are planning to load up and suffer the indignity of not fitting into our regular clothes for some time.

party now.....pay later

Hardcore sex is an ideal way to burn those unwanted carbs plus no gym fee

Our workplace is doing a healthy eating week when we going back. Apparently anyway we’re getting fresh fruit delivered daily for the first week free. I put on weight in the winter time due to my own work but seems to fall off again in the summer time

Much too dangerous, walking the roads in my oppinion.

Roads are designed for car's, trucks and other vehicles.... Stay safe and join a jym and use the treadmill instead 😁
