Morning all!

I’m working right through Christmas, but still looking forward to having all the family around, cosy nights in front of the fire with a box of sweets at hand

Morning fellow early risers. I think what I’m looking forward to most is no alarm set for the mornings, I’ll still be up early to feed the cat, but least I’ll have the option to go back to bed for an hour

Good morning and happy hump day. Nothing to look forward to this year. Maybe paint the bathroom ceiling and wash the van. It’s rotten dirty

There and Here

I do love Christmas. Even though the children are young adults now, I still try to keep some of the magic alive.

My favourite thing is Christmas dinner. I love the ritual of it - from stocking up on the foods and ingredients, to the Christmas Eve prep and building the various elements, the cooking, the smells, dressing the table, and the eating. Plus it's pretty much the only meal these days where we all sit at the table and eat together.

Turning 48 and falling into the age bracket to message LittleBoPeep.

Honestly, starting the 2025 diet and getting into fighting weight again
