Photo shoot studio

I’m interested in opening a photo shoot studio obviously it would depend on how much interest there would be in it to justify put €50 to €100k into making it the best there is so there be different sections/ bdsm/ hospital/ other professional types it’s just a brain fart at the moment but what would you all think

Also it wouldn’t be me on the Camara there would be a male or female photographers and people get to choose
