At a wedding recently I noticed my younger brother was downing the pints a lot quicker than I was. He laughed at me, and I said things will soon change when we switch to the spirits. Not long after he set me down a double vodka and blackcurrant. Two hours later I was picking him off the floor and asking him casually did he fancy one for the road.

My alcoholism aside, when's the last time you said fuck you to a usurper and enforced your dominance?

100% agree. Few drinks the night before a good session and then some food before the session starts always worked for me.

Or at a wedding after the meal straight to the bar a Brandy&Port keep ya straight for the rest of the night
