The Buddha Bar is a big favourite of ours. Cocktails to die for, non-alcoholic-yet-fancy-cocktails for the designated driver, and the full card from the attached asian restaurant for dinner or just snacks. Delicious freshly deep fried wontons in between cocktails is great. It's not huge inside, so you may want to get in early or be prepared to wait a bit for a spot.

If you prefer a restaurant vibe, the Asian Teahouse is the restaurant counterpart of the bar, both being side by side and connected inside. And the restaurant side has all the bar's cocktails available too.

Ah you’re amazing. Thanks for the tips! We’ll be checking out the Buddah Bar for a cheeky one so.

Looking forward to getting there it’s been a hot minute since we’ve had a night or two in Galway

O,Connells in Eyre sq has nice open area out the back... meet there abd its fun and open

Then you can alway find a quiet section inside for the quiet chats... before scurrying away to a local hotel.
