I read my mother's book Everywoman when quite young and gained a great education on the anatomy of the female as a result.

Even as a young guy I knew what areas to stroke/lick/suck to ensure an orgasm or two before penetrative sex and then what positions worked best for the woman to orgasm.

So I don't believe it has anything to do with age.

It's just how educated the practitioner is.

I should also say, if the woman is as well read, or knowledgeable, it can be an explosive experience!

I assume it’s as you get older, you’re more experienced at the game and the job at hand and you can gauge by the lady’s reaction to the technique you are using. I find it’s not all about the tongue lapping but the angle, the touch, the fingers, the level of sensitivity.
