So I'm laid up and not in a good way and looking for good scary movies to pass the time.

I watched Fresh(2022) last night. About a girl who starts dating a guy, who turns out to be a butcher of human meat. I thought it was a good watch. So what cha recommending?

Hope you feel better soon tiny 😘 I love all horror films, it’s my fave genre. But if you want something that has a few jumps, a bit of a twist and some of the best one liners that will crack you up - I highly recommend “the visit”. The young lad in it is just hilarious, and it’s a good movie, I’ve watched it afew times and have enjoyed it every time

Love those movies and practical magic is the only movie I liked Sandy Bullock in.

If you want something that will scar you for life there's a French movie called Martyres, but be warned it doesn't hold back and can be difficult to watch in parts.

Other than that on a much more lighter note:

American werewolf in London is a classic for me or American Werewolf in Paris if want a more modern version with bit of comedy.

Someone already mentioned cabin in the woods which is a good comedy horror twist on horror movies. Or if you want something in isolated in the woods category a bit more traditional Sissy is a good watch.

Train to busan is a good zombie movie or if want a fun comedy twist on zombie movies there is a new Zealand movie called black sheep.
