I absolutely, unapologetically, love a nap when I can squeeze it in. A quick 20 minute shut eye curled on the couch is ideal 👍👍

How do you do yours🛌😴?

Or do you laugh in the face of nappers and their sleepy ways🤭😂

I don’t take naps, I’d be too afraid I wouldn’t get a proper nights sleep so I just raw dog the day and go straight through

Sometimes 20mins will get me through the day. If I'm overtired going to bed I can't sleep.

I usually feel worse after a nap tbh. Nothing beats a good solid nights sleep!

I'm like an antichrist after a nap, I avoid them unless I'm unwell or literally struggling to stay awake

City Centre

I could nap in the evening and still happily get in 8hrs of sleep that night. If I was asked to go to bed in the afternoon for a nap and no sex, I'd be the first in warming the bed. I love a nap and I can pretty much fall asleep anywhere. 😊

There's a difference between naps and sleeps.

I find naps help me sort out the mess in my head, it's more like a meditation for me then sleep.

Mind you, this is a skill I developed recently, I would have been awake throughout the day, soldiering on, falling dead at night.

Same,

I very rarely sleep, more of a pause to organise my thoughts to transition into the next part of my day.
