Has anyone had experience of counselling with a sex positive counsellor who also specialises in neurodivergency. I haven't had counselling in 12 months and for lots of reasons can feel myself slipping and shutting down again.

I asked this before but can't find the thread as it was on an old account.

Preferably online as I have never done well with in person counselling.

My entire nervous system is on fire this last week or so and I can't switch it off - I've had to cancel commitments and focus on the necessary but that's proving impossible at the moment too.
