To be fair, the moon is always full, it's just the light shining on it that changes from day to day and month to month.
Also, as regards the supposed effects on people, multiple studies have found no proof of it.

I had never thought about it before but it costs nothing to smile or say hello " See....this is it. I say hello to ppl when Im out walking, in the shop. One hello & a smile can lift someones day. "I had my faith restored by the kindness of strangers the other day. A lovely guy helped me get sorted when i was struggling to fix flat tyre took me to the tyre shop to get it repaired as tyre was fucked.
