Im practice my deep breathing and clutch the buzzer for dear life 😂"I get one usually every year I can hold my breath and swim under water no problem But when the machine says breath in and breath out I panic after about 10 seconds Had one a few weeks ago and the technician says Don't breath out all the way....just half way is fine What a game changer ....makes it easier | |||
