Hey all looking for some tips ,how do you clean yourself out to prepare for anal play? Do you eat that day etc.

It's all about comfort and feeling confident that you're as clean as you can be. Everyone's routine will be different.

For me, plenty of fiber the day before and of - nothing that will make me gassy. A simple douche just beforehand with lightly soapy water is a nice touch.

My wife doesn't do any prep other than shower - she has more confidence in her level of GI hygiene 😄

No matter what you do, there's always a risk with anal.. have no expectations. Good luck OP 🤗

You can buy an attachment that fits on your shower, unscrew the head and put on the attachment , set the water temperature and you can give yourself a good clean out that way(put it in your ass). Be careful as you could damage yourself if you have the pressure too High.

It's nearly impossible to ensure that you'll be fully clean but you'll be as clean as you can be if you douce, it's not nice when you look down and you've got the change the condom as it's covered in poop, the smell more than anything.
