Some people I would give a third chance, others wouldn't even get a first.

Depends why it ended and how long has passed since you last seen them. Personally I wouldn't.

Depends on the individual and the reason for said fuck up. If it was something out of there control then certainly we would try and arrange something else but if it was a bad reason they did then no no second chance

I tend not to do 2nd chances sure when I was hosting events some people didn't even get 1st chances because of something I saw on the forums 🤣.

In my real life away from fab I also have a zero tolerance, I've cut life long friends out of my life and never spoke to them again that was 20 odd years ago

I do give second chances if I get a message to cancel and I believe them. Real life should take priority so depends on the circumstances.

As I've got older I've less tolerance for bullshit, two faced people, drama.

I'm at a stage lifes too short, I let too many people in to my life who only used me for what they needed.

I'm not the type to cut my nose off to spite my face. No issue with giving people a fair crack of the whip ( no pun intended) second time around if the circumstances suggest it's in my interest.

Fuck up as in let someone down in meeting them?

Depends if there was notice. Was the person left high and dry waiting for them alone? Was the other person left out of pocket in any way? Did they ghost the person? If it's a yes to any of those, I wouldn't give them a second chance, never mind the time of day.

I hurt someone I really care about just by saying the wrong thing at a time when I knew they were going through a rough period.

I wish I could take it back and I hope she gives me a second chance.

It's not always about missing meetings

I have given second chances for them to do the same thing 2 weeks later...after that I'm done, whether it's plans cancelled, nasty msgs out of jealousy or seemed to do something to purposely hurt me...your second chance is your last...you won't exist to me after that.

There's not a person in the world that hasn't seriously fucked up at several times in their lives including me (MR)

So yes give the benefit of the the doubt at times.

If you make a habit of it with the same person then no.

So yes a second chance is merited.

Far far away

Depending upon scenario.

I tend to forgive though. Maybe l try not to carry resentment around with me. I'm sure I've pissed people off too. Maybe I'm hoping that charity will be reciprocal.

Not too sure about that

Sometimes mistakes can never be forgiven. Reminds me of the woman who married the rapist. She said he'd made a 'mistake'.

There are 'mistakes' and then there are MISTAKES

It depends on what their actions reveal about them, and if they take ownership or try to avoid accountability.

Would it not be effected by how attracted to the person you are, the higher the attraction the greater the scope for forgiveness only caveat is the normal exclusions of crimes against the person
