"Previous Hillwalking Southern Group thread now closed. Had a really nice walk yesterday in North Cork with glorious weather in a really lovely location. Coffee, and appropriate confectionery, with some nice chat was the perfect end to a very pleasant afternoon in the company of really fantastic fab friends. Looking forward to a similar trip to Tipp at the end of the month. PM if you are interested in joining us......*must be recently meet verified. the walk starts at 11.30am with tea/coffee afterwards where the banter will be mighty!!! It's always great craic!!!

If people in the group want to try some more strenuous routes this can be arranged also. The regular walks/coffee socials should be ok for people with an average level of fitness. 🚶♂️🚶♀️☕🍰 | |||

"Hi all!! So next Saturday, September 28th is our next walk, this time in Co Tipperary!! It's a long way to Tipperary for some 😉 but why not tag along and meet some great fab people from this walking group!! We're a friendly bunch!! I may bring some cake with me!! "Thinking of doing Corrin woods fermoy Sunday weather permitting " Our fab walking group did Corrin a few months ago. It's a really nice walk. You can go out and back to the cross for a short option or do the full loop which is still very manageable for most levels of fitness. We went for coffee in the Circle K near Fermoy afterwards and it was a very pleasant afternoon. I hope the weather will be kind on Sunday. Unfortunately I can't join you at the moment but hopefully some others might be interested in joining you. Enjoy | |||
