Organic oats have many health benefits as do chia seeds. Natural yougurt is full of proteins. Check online for the 12 health benefits of avocado. I had an older relative with the doctor recently and I’ll quote what they said to them. “In Ireland we are turning more like Americans every single day”. You take from that what you want but I know exactly what they ment . Very easy eat food that tastes good and has health benefits. I wouldn’t eat anything that’s good for you but tastes wrotten | |||
