From recent movies it would have to be Deadpool & Wolverine. One of the funniest opening scenes since blazing saddles.

Bank Robbery Scene in the Dark Knight is excellent... But I'd go with the first robbery in Heat, set the tone for a classic.

Raging Bull. De Niro playing Jake La Motta. Shadow boxing in a ring with flash bulbs busting from outside the ropes. Moving to Cavalleria Rusticana. Fighting nobody but himself. A story foretold

Just inside the Pale

All above are excellent choices. But one that seems overlooked is actually the opening scene to the original Star Wars. Imagine (or remember for some of us) being a kid in 1977 seeing that for the first time in a cinema.

Some excellent suggestions there.

For me, it is Halloween, that POV long shot of a mysterious person coming into a house, walking around, grabbing a knife, grabbing a clown mask, and killing the girl. Then, outside, you realise it’s just a kid. And then the ominous music, perfect.

Also Up.

It still tugs hard on my heartstrings anytime I see it.

There is so much emotion in just a minute or two of animation.
