Alicante Spain, and Cork City Ireland

After recently looking to post on some threads, after a little time passed, only to find they had disappeared, I was a bit disappointed.

One of them, I suspected would fall foul of the rules.

However two, seemed fine. I can only think that people other then the opp who started the thread posted deletable comments. I don't know.

So as an improvement, I was thinking, if the moderators decide that it's 'deletable' then they should leave a message on the thread (with all posts deleted) saying why.

Eg.

This Thread was deleted due to breaching site rules.

Or

This Thread was deleted due to comments posted breaching rules.

I'm sure this could be improved on.

What do the rest of ye think?

Handy but I’d say that’d be a lot of work….and possibly cause more arguments - Mrs

The pub then supermacs ...

If they don't remove them sometimes they will close it and say why, other times they just remove the offending comment's and the thread will continue.....

There was a thread about ghosting that was removed last week. People had recounted their experiences. Maybe it reflected too badly on the site or something

Probably be best to post in the feedback section - it's more likely to be picked up in there

I think it will be picked up here too. Monitoring isn't limited to location.

I didn't mean to come across snappy. I did ask for people's thoughts. 😉😅
