Dublin City

Whats your comfort film. Doesn't matter what your up to, if it comes on you leave it on, even in the background.

Mines probably the Lord of the Rings. See it hundreds of times, and still draws me in each time.

I love LOTR but it involves major commitment. I'll watch Enchanted or a Harry Potter movie with my daughter for a lady evening

I used to years ago. I'd have the same DVD that i'd would watch over and over.

But ever since streaming, I'd rarely ever rewatch the same movie unless I wanted to show someone or it was Halloween/Xmas.

Probably The Time Machine (1960) with Rod Taylor. I grew up with that film on vhs and probably watched it hundreds of times and still I could sit and watch it again without being bored of it.

Still Crazy. It's about a 70's Rock band come back for a second bite at the apple. Great cast with Stephen Rea, Jimmy Nail, Bill Nighy, Timothy Spall, Billy Connelly etc.

It's a funny feel good one and if you like music all the better

Dunboyne

The Blues Brothers

The Boondock Saints

An American Werewolf in London

V for Vendetta

The Matrix

The Lord of the Rings

These are likely to be watched any time we want a movie we love.

Less often with streaming of course but all have been watched over 10 times and I have many on DVD & BluRay & 4K UHD versions of same
