We've seen this many a time in ones profile that describes what the person/persons are looking for ".....and no drama". Each time I see it I've wondered what could that be about?

It's shorthand for "No drama that I haven't created myself and dragged others into because I really need that on my CV before I can renew my professional victim card"

Apart from that I haven't really noticed it.
