North Cork

We all know the draw of the middle isle specials in Lild and Aldi. So what shite that you will probably never use have you bought lately.

Hmm, few things recently that have turned out to be good like an air cooling fan for the dogs, but beyond that and into the useless, maybe a satin finish wood spray - I’ve already got so many that it’ll be years before I get around to using it lol

We don't have Aldi up here but I've bought a lot of tools in Lidl over the years. Some I use most weeks, others I haven't used at all but it's well over a year since I bought anything from that aisle.

I have a 20 year old ripsaw from Lidl, left out in the rain, abused, dropped… still works like new lol. Parkside stuff is quite good for intro tools and some of it manages to compete oddly with the big brands.

Today I made a point of going to get their moisturising primer. I love it and it works brilliantly and I'd run out. So now I've loads. I did also buy a lip gloss which is a horrible colour on

Slushy maker from lidl. Minecraft Lego and a bowling set from Aldi. It's dangerous living so close to Aldi and bringing the youngest in to just get the bread and milk 😂

Munster

The Aldi Caviar Creme Moisturiser, about €350 cheaper than the luxury variety.

"the formula & packaging of this cream feels extremely luxurious. It's super-moisturising, leaving the skin feeling very smooth and nourished. This cream isn't exactly the same as the La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Cream but the consistency and scent is very similar."

What about the jewellery cleaner? The paint sprayer? The waffle maker?

Ok but the branch lopping device has been very useful this year....

Hold up, are you talking about Scrub Daddy? They are absolutly incredible. They originated on the US Dragons den, and once you discover it, you'll never buy another sponge/scrub ever again.
