To leave old photos in your gallery?

Do photos over 5 years old have any relevance?

If its a really good picture would but maybe not quite as representative of the person now would you rather still be able to see it?

If there are newer photos that do show a more realistic representation does it give more leeway?

I have very little in the way of photos here but some are 5/6 years old. I'm the same now as I am in them, I'm not any bigger or smaller. But it's mainly because I just hate taking photos of myself... they'll just have to do the job.
