 , if the sun shines it’s the most beautiful country in the world, majority of the people are nice and inclusive.
In terms of fabs, some times it is an advantage and some others a disadvantage.
Just struggling to follow my fellow countrymen/women in the Olympics in TV … fortunately the IPad can fill this gap. | |||

I think experience is varied. Although I am new to this website, I am not new in NI and have been living here for over 10 years. What you described I think it's pretty normal but evolving from these type of friendship where people are good to gather for a pint and social to something more solid is really hard here. A few expats colleagues have said the same and I think it's just it is what it is. | |||

Very true one of the best clubs in the world was local to us and now it's closed and so have all the others but 1 or 2 and the pubs are rubbish now too. I suppose cost of living crisis, lack of public transport and other factors play a big role. | |||
