We need to confirm with the venue if they can give it to us. We will give you a list of nearby hotels for those who are travelling and the venue itself will be announced on the morning of the social through a telegram group chat which we will also set up. So 14th September put that into your diaries;)" No availability on Hotels in Ennis for that weekend. Just a heads up. We're looking to pre book rooms just encase it goes ahead. | |||

It is up to the organisers to make the decision on when to host "4 on the weekend after, 3 the weekend before. Pretty much every weekend there are 2 events. The more the merrier! | |||
