A question for the ladies !

Arrived at a job today.

Lady next door was in her porch on phone.

Dressed in PJ’s with shorts. Very nice

I went into (empty) property

Did my job and left. 20 min. Maybe 25.

She is still there.

I go to van and she calls me back.

Enquiring about what I was doing etc.

Talking for 10 minutes, no hurry from her.

Definitely no hurry from me.

I didn’t push. Just chat.

I left.

Can’t stop thinking about it

Wasn’t that tho.

Too young. (About 22/23)

No real interest in property.

Chat was everything but not the house.

Seemed like a good way to open conversation.

She has 20 DIY jobs needs doing but no guy who can do anything! Unfortunately that's more and more common now.
