You said thoughts of finding her sexy don't exist. You said you respect her. Surely you respect that she has (often very strong) sexual needs? Many times women can be very horny during pregnancy due to the increased blood flow and hormones down there. But you don't find her sexy? That could be very difficult for her. In my experience of 5.3 pregnancies women still want to (as far as possible) look good and feel good, and to continue their life as much as possible. Denying them normal relations and telling them you don't find them sexy any more is not going to go down well
