Hi OP, Keep an eye out for Jaffas coffee socials on the forum, those are very much for newbies needing to get verified but also great to get a feel on the lifestyle.

She does them also in Limerick.

Lina.

Get use to it. There is a lot of judgement from others on here. First thing women are going to read into is your 48 and can’t accommodate so therefore they will think your attached. Keep an eye on the forums. Every now and again someone with a kik or telegram group will pop up looking for new members. Plus there does be some socials that non verified members can attend. Dv8 Dublin been one of them. Take your time lad. Fabswingers isn’t dail a ride regardless of what others might tell you. Bear in mind what’s going on in today’s world with women getting assaulted by men. The lady’s really do have to put safety first. Offer to meet in public for a coffee

The West

OP most people will look at a profile before even opening a message. There's a lot of men on fab and there's a lot of really good profiles.

There's an order of magnitude more male profile's that have very few photos and limited information in the bio. These get passed by in favour of profiles who present enough info to establish interest.

It's easy enough to get verified at a social event. All you need to do is turn up. A veri won't get you meets though. That still comes down to attraction so the more people can learn about you upfront the better.

Have a look at other guys profiles.

Think about what you say as well. The subject line was a good way to put something catchy but oh well.

Try and make your message worth reading. I'll be honest, with the number imbalance here I've never done a search - I don't have to. I've only messaged one guy first and that was because his profile popped up on my update and made me laugh.
