Yeah big into it but not fast or anything, just plug away. Nothing entered or to aim for just trying to keep injury free at the minute

Have completed C25k and have signed up for a 10k in November. Did a 13k run on Sunday at a very leisurely pace

South County Dublin

I am 3kg over weight so have started back walking and doing exercise classes in the LA gym.

Hope to get back to running soon by doing a few local parkruns.

I'm in the same boat, no events just my own PBs in mind.

Brilliant, nice to have something to aim towards.

Parkrun is my limit. Leisurely 5k, unless there's a sexy ass in leggings takes my fancy.

Love running. So much that I ended up doing a few ultras in 2022 and overdid it and got an injury which stopped my longer distance efforts in 2023. Got back running properly this year and did 3x half marathons already and just really enjoying being able to run regularly again!

Used to do lots of running until I picked up a bad injury 2 years ago. Slowly getting back into it now but finding it really hard.

I love running. Best investment I ever made in myself. Great for headspace and physical benefits too. I'm trying for Chicago marathon at the minute

Ultras are serious. What distance did you get up to? I know someone who has done a few 100 milers. Can't wrap my head around that distance. It is insane.

Done a few halfs myself and signed up for the Dublin marathon. Done a few trail runs which are really good craic. Need to start doing that more.

Did my first Ultra this year. Dublin to Belfast. 173km..

What an amazing feeling to finish it but all I can say is thank god for ice baths and physios. Left calf was goosed for about a week after.
