In the last couple of years I have been lucky to have a couple of experiences in the Phoenix Park with couples however they seem to have been more sheer luck than anything. What is the etiquette for indicating you are there for dogging purposes? It appears to be so sporadic, some flash headlights some flash indicators some just sit there. The couple of times I played, once was in the cricket club car park and once was on Furze Rd. Would be great to talk to couples/ singles with an interest in dogging to get an insight.

I've no experience of dogging at all but surely one piece of the etiquette around it would be to not mention locations on a public forum that can be read by anyone including non members.
