Etiquette on deleting pics in messages?

Happy Friday folks!

Hope you've all got some filthy plans for the weekend!

Suppose I'm just wondering how others approach this, I know that often the message has been opened by one-half of the couple and that's why I don't set pictures to auto-delete after viewing, but how long after your message is read would you leave your pics attached to the message?

I tend to delete the picture after a week to be safe but I don't delete the message thread to avoid accidentally bothering them with a double message

Ah I'm not worried about that, nothing can be done about that tbh. I meant to be safe that both halves of the couple have read the message/seen the pic, before I delete it.

Tbh I’ve never deleted a pic from a message but then I don’t tend to send them that often through messages

Couldn't tell you the last time I attached a pic to a message but I've always had it set to delete as soon as it's viewed.

I've never given any thought to etiquette.
