Yes it happened a couple of times. Both for about a week after an existing headache. First from too much caffeine, the other too much alcohol. While the original headaches only lasted a few hours, the orgasm headaches were more intense for a minute or so for each orgasm over the next 5 days or so. Very frustrating

I have gotten slight dizzy spells but never a headache. I put it down to dehydration also. It usually happens when I have gone for a hard run that day and later have sex.
