If they represent the people of ireland I'd like to think there was a sizeable poll for the song. Doesn't make a difference how many voted as long as all those that voted have their votes counted Thats how we run elections If there's a claim that the song represents the people as those who voted it would ve interesting to know how many voted for each song. Surely there's nothing wrong in finding out that information. And it does matter how many voted" Why does it matter how many voted? There's no quorum for it that I've ever heard of. "The Eurovision has long ceased to be a song contest. It is now a political statement contest and a wokeness display. It used to be about songs that you could hum along to or sing along to if your voice was not as horrendous as mine. Or you get that ear worm song that just hangs around in your head. " I dunno, Bambi sounds like a dose to me. I googled it, and they were whinging that Isreal warned parents with kids that this act might not be suitable. But I watched it on BBC and Graham Norton said the exact same thing, but no issue with him. And to be fair they were literally dressed like monsters. Bambi is the one who tried to break rules by wearing a political message. It was fairly cring seeing them fake cry their eyes out in every interview afterwards, but still with immaculate eye make up and not a tear in sight. | |||

She wasn't competing in a song contest, really. Personally, I think the faux outrage around Bambi was a bit pathetic. It was a good experiment to show how easily people can be influenced. | |||
