Sometimes I like to go old school with a strawberry cool pop but mainly go for a classic cornetto

What’s your go to ice cream/pop when the sun comes out?

Rum and Raisin, it's getting much harder to find places that stock it.

Cork

A 99 or cone is often my first protocol but in cork there are a few Swoon and the frozen yogurt is godly. Brownie and Bueno pieces on vegan vanilla with a slight helping of Bueno sauce.

It's like a once every three months treat but at the rate things are going up, it might be cheaper than a 99 soon

Love a 99 with strawberry syrup.

Can be messy, but totally enjoyable

"Love a 99 with flake and some strawberry sauce "

My rant!

Why is it necessary to specify a flake when ordering a 99. Hate when a shop attendant asks do u want a flake in Ur 99.

Agree totally with this.

There’s a cone and then there’s a ‘99 cone. Of course it has a flake. Best ‘99 is in Mammy Johnson’s Strandhill and yes Bogman walk on the beach afterwards with someone special a pure treat.

Beard is quite old fashioned with his choice of ice cream being rum and raisin but it can be difficult to get a good one. I'm simply liking a nice vanilla but just in ice-cream

Far far away

Hard to find the perfect 99. I hate those ones that all you can taste is sugar and watery creamy ice.

Muckross dairy..okay biased..good creamy kerry cows milk properly frozen...those melted ones..uurgh.. and mango sauce..with a flake and a fresh cone... nothing worse than a stale one..

Manifesto to the 99 cone is done

Crunchie Blast.

It's hard to find a good ice-cream, they always change the good ones every year, the Crunchie Blast has been around for a while now. Old faithful.

If it's a cone it has to be a chocolate lined cone with a thick collection at the bottom.
