After hearing about dv8 in Dublin opening there doors on a Sunday for people to attend and meet others socially got me thinking would there be any interest in something similar up north we could have different events like speed dating pub quiz etc just think it would be a great way of genuine people meeting others in a social setting with no pressure or expectation also a good way of meeting and sussing out possible future play meets

With DV8 they own the bar so im assuming it's alot more easily run when management and staff know the score....

Cannot say enough good things about the dv8 Sunday socials. Definitely think it's the way to go. Fun, relaxed atmosphere to meet other like minded people. Some people aren't into one in one meetings (myself included). Sometimes it's more comfortable to meet in a small group setting. Wishing you all the very best with starting this off up north x

It's very difficult to hide a regularly repeating event that's always in the same venue. My understanding is that it's less permissive in the north and you could run into issues with the locals. I could be wrong.
