Each situation is individual. Not all counselors are suitable to the same situation. Do your due diligence.

Hi,

At the beginning be prepared to change person. You'll need to find the counsellor that suits you, how you operate.

It can be a long road but it is worth the effort in the end.

turn2me.ie I used them about two years ago and you get 6 sessions for free. You can do it via text chat and the sessions are an hour long. Really helped me. Lots of other options but well done for asking for help OP
